I can't believe time has went by so fast and we are literally days away from setting off. We have dreamt of doing this for over ten years now and our dreams are finally becoming a reality. Its a very surreal feeling!! We are VERY excited about what lies ahead!!!
It started to hit me on Sunday night just how big a thing it is we are doing! Upping sticks and leaving everyone............don't get me wrong, I'm happy to have left my work, to have sold our house, to be leaving behind material items (even those things that I love) but I have a sick feeling in my tummy every time I think of leaving all my friends who I'm going to miss so so so so so much!!! I wish you were all coming with us!!
I think I'm reflecting now because I have time! It doesn't help that I'm home alone!!! Wayne finishes work on Thursday.....I'll just have to keep myself busy so I don't get sad!!
I thought I would start this blog by including some leaving bash photos to make you all giggle - especially those of you who where there and went to such big efforts to make my send off one to remember! Thank you all so much - it means the world to me that you helped me celebrate such an important time in my life!

Hey missus, can't believe the time has finally come for you to go! How long have we been counting now?!
I know you'll have a fantastic time, I'm so very jealous of the adventure that lies ahead of you both :-) keep us posted as often as you can!
