Another fairly big day - 158kms - took 5 hours and 39 minutes - healthy average speed of about 28kms/hour due to mainly tail winds. Road is still flat and straight.

My knee is still sore - hurts mainly when I start the ride each day. First person to have a rest in the bus - poor Trevor (from Canberra) - he is sick with sore throat, coughing, fever and other flu-like symptoms - he is pretty disappointed, as we are for him.

Saw our first lot of wildlife on the road - 3 wedgetail eagles and 2 emus. Went through Cocklebiddy and then ended at Madura Pass - quite a nice view from the top over the plain.
