Gator Getawy by: Gracie 3rd Grade

On Wednesday night we drove away packed with a cooler of treats at a hotel we would stay. We had a very long ride for Gator and me with Dad, Mom, Ray Ray, and my sister Chloe. We Arrived at the Marriot after a 3 hour drive, all that we wanted to do is dive in the pool. Hey this is Christmas vacation Gator said I didn't pack right I have no bathing suit, I just packed for over night. Our dinner I'm excited  to tell, was our next door neighbor, Taco Bell. We had an awesome healthy feast but nothing compared to the Grinches Roast Beast. We hung out and shopped for Christmas trees, we took lots of pictures of the Gator hiding in these. We ended our journey on Christmas Eve night, with family, eating all the Italian food in site. Gator slept all the way back and was shocked to discover Santa came and brought all these prizes to Chloe, Ray Ray and me to our surprise. But all that Gator was thinking would be cool was to come back home to the Greenmont School.

Norwalk is a city in Fairfield County, Connecticut, United States. According to 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 83,185, making it the sixth largest city in Connecticut, and the third largest in Fairfield County.[1] The city is part of the New York metropolitan area. The name "Norwalk" itself comes from the Algonquian word "noyank" meaning "point of land", or its Native American name, “Naramauke” (or Norwauke, Norowake, or Norwaake), a Native American chief. The farming of oysters has long been important to Norwalk, which was once nicknamed "Oyster Town." Each September, Norwalk holds its annual Oyster Festival, similar to many state fairs.

Residents of Norwalk are often referred to as "Norwalkers".
