A fourteen hour train ride up the west coast to Goa, the penultimate state i'll visit in India. I had a few days in Benaulim before a short detour to Hampi to meet my friends, Nick and Kirsty. 

They've also been travelling India and Nepal for three months and we'd arranged to spend the last few weeks together in Goa. The plan is to head up the Goan coastline and visit a few beaches on the way and its capitial Panjim. The emphasis on winding down before flying home. An end to sitting on trains and buses for hours on end. Oh, and the beer here is about 80p, so to enjoy some of that too!
