Well what a day dudes Singapore is more quiet than a Church town on a Sunday. nearly everywhere I wanted to go and shop for cameras was closed!! it is actually a Sunday and people here may well actually have better things to do than open a shop just for me to nose around ! but not to worrie I know at least it exists and there really is a massive market for old mint condition film cameras, as we all know it is the only way to take a picture properly or at least im finding out as ive taken so many bad ones recently with the camera we have!! the only reason we (the world) use digital is its cost effective not quality, same for everything thats the reason we all drive around in plastic cars drinking outa plastic beakers carrying things in plastic bags plastic sucks. buy less plastic it lasts longer... the planet I mean. 

Back to the cameras we have one Mju 2 olympus point and shoot 35mm film camera at home, sitting with Nicholas' Pentax SLR (I think its on long loan)...basically we have got the goods... there..... just at home waiting, and I cant wait to just pick them up batteries i expect will still work even after a year, get a dark room, fluids and start at least looking at rolls of film before selecting for printing it will make the pictures so worth while!!! so anyone thinking of visiting heres the invite but please bring all the cameras we have left at home... 

Oh other things... we finally bought a blue lap top thats all I know its blue... so hopefully this blog can be re-written before it goes to press ha he!!

We also have seen so much after a 19hr night bus journy in torrential thunderstorm rain through Malasia we got to Singapore at 8am, two passport controls later I was so fresh I thought Id had too much sleep in the partly reclined chair, yeah right and as for a shower, I thought id better as litterally plant life drooped if I lifted my arm to point directions. So yes all in all a super relaxing day in Singapore, the whole place has just been built to perfection (lots of green for everyone) some shops were obviously open with SubWay and the likes to feed the hungry and tired shopper or traveler!! great day the city has some emense buildings of artistic quality so pleased we made a stop our cheap dorm room is in a real good hostel, hope the same can be said for sydney but its missing the cheap part already, Sydney dorm room 30 quid per person.. wel be there tomorrow so tell you how we get on!!!
