We were up early this morning and anxious to get the miles behind us and relax at home. I think this was the longest part of the trip, although mile-wise it wasn't all that far. But it sure seemed like it, especially when we hit Portland traffic, that's about the time I was wishing we lived on the east side instead of the west side of town.

My only main gripe is our car seats - they have to be the most uncomfortable things I've ever sat on. That or our rear ends are just getting old and tender. Before we make any more road trips I will be investing in the most comfortable seat cushions I can find. I would welcome any suggestions any of you might have.

We truly did have a great trip, lots of fun and lots of sights to see and goodies to buy. Naturally I enjoyed the sales the most and hubby enjoyed the races the most, that's a given!! I would like to go again, but hubby doesn't even want to think about it, much less talk about it right now.
