Since we were spending two nights in Frankfort we decided to all climb in one car for our yard sale adventures. Besides it sounded safer to keep my friends with us, after the excitement they had yesterday with Gary & Earl. Who knows what kind of trouble they would get themselves in if left alone today.

We started out heading south as far as the old 127 cutoff and then started picking up sales on our way north back to Frankfort. We had a great day at the sales. There were lots and lots and lots of treasures to be picked up and packed in the car. The traffic wasn't bad at all and to make life even more pleasant there was the promised cloud cover for most of the morning. We were able to stay cooler than we've been since we arrived. It made shopping so much more pleasurable.

Hubby was a good sport driving us around and hauling our treasures to the car for us so we could shop some more. Never a complaint and always a smile. We ended up calling our little group Toby's Angels after the TV show Charlie's Angles. Since hubby was doing such a good job of taking care of us. I don't know where the Toby part came from, but it was fitting. And then to top of the adventure, as we were leaving one of our last sales we saw a tour bus pulling into the lot called Toby's Tours. What could be more perfect?

After getting back to the motel and resting for a while, we headed out for dinner at a nice steak house. They had very good food. Dinner was a treat for Toby after taking such good care of his angels and driving them around all day.

Once back at the motel again, it was time to repack the car with our goodies so we had room for our suitcase in the morning. Tomorrow we will be separating and Hubby and I will be heading north to Indianapolis for the races. Our last big adventure before we head for home.
