We explored Washington dc and its many hot tourist spots including the many interesting and boring museums, the white house and Lincoln memorial. The best museums on tour, i believe were the nature and dinosaur exhibits...with our brains running slowly at this time it was  hard to absorb information although we did get a learning experience..

After a long day i was keen to get to bed, sick of walking around and dead on my feet.

Couple days later we made our way to Philadelphia which unfortunately we will not be able to enjoy the nightlife that we have heard good things about.
The accents of the people here were very strong yet cool.

We visited the stairs from Rocky the movie and got our share of pictures as we re-traced Sylvester's steps.

Finally the moment has come where The Sexus the Lexus and ourselves part ways!

5800 miles across the country, 2 car accidents, broken blinkers, no electronics, bent axle, shattered sunroof and a completely busted chassis we still managed to get $200 for it at the junkyard seeing as the engine still ran beautifully.Sad to see it go but we were free from the dangers it brought to us.

Closing in on New york we had to organize accommodation which is apparently very expensive. We turned to Craigslist and seemingly scored a studio on Soho, New York.
$50 a night and $200 bond we couldn't miss out !

Sending the money to the owner through money gram sounded sketchy and a very stupid decision by all of us to not research the transaction was soon greatly regretted and we were gutted to find out that we had been scammed and now $350 out of the pocket which we will never see again. :(

Of coarse we had seen the funny side to it and had to push on and stay positive...hmm fu*k
