Day 118 - Staying with Bruce, Belinda and the kids for a few days. Nice to be able to relax and stay in a home again. Slept about 12 hours on the Sat night, caught the end of the cricket on the Sunday afternoon before Bruce took us a drive around the Yarra valley where the devastation of the February bush fires was still very much in evidence. The day passed without incident and we all relaxed and enjoyed a nice meal before heading back home...

Day 119 - Booked a day trip to the Great Ocean Road, heading into the city for 7am. Was a great day, only marred by the million flies that kept bugging you all day. Still, plenty to see and so, and loads of usual crap photos opportunities fulfilled! Headed down to St Kilda when arriving back to the city to see the smallest penguins in the world come ashore. Was a great experience, though lack of flash meant photos didn't really turn out. Certainly saves on the $130 trip to Philip's Island where the have the (commercial) penguin show - St Kilda was free, in the city and you got up closer. Cheers.
