We set off the yesterday and headed for Prachinburi in Thailand.  Our taxi driver was a bit mad and drove like Juha Kankinen down the 115km of dirt track at 60 miles an hour on the wrong side of the road with no visibility what so ever!  Fantastic fun though!  best border crossing yet and we arrived in Thailand.

We caught our bus the bus to Bangkok and were told it would go to Pracnhinburi or so we thought.  The bus stop was on a corner of a road with no town in sight.  We wandered up the road and realised we were actually 10 kms away from Prachinburi, ooops!  Dunc went in search of someone who spoke English while I waited for the driver of a pick up truck to come back to see if we could hitch!  Luckily they gave us a name of a hotel and the driver offered to take us.  i would suggest for anyone coming here who won't have access to a car to go into the town itself, as there is very little here and the price of a taxi for the day is a lot!

So here we are in yet another fancy place with a swimming pool and absolutely no one else!  It's very eery in an 80 bedroom place not to see or hear anyone else (except the dozens staff that are here).   Went into the park today and had a two hour hike through the jungle, it was only 3km long but hard work.  We saw monkeys, geckos, iguanas, crocodiles, deer and lots of elephant poo!  Really beautful place full of animals and waterfalls.  We even stumbled across the waterfall that was in the Beach!  And very nice it was too!    Just came back for our daily swim ready to have a beer watching the sun set over the mountains!
