Just a quick summary of my trip to China in Spring of 2008. I departed from Portland, OR connected in San Francisco (my favorite airport) then flew to Shanghai China. It was my first time overseas so it was really excting for me. I took a bullettrain that went over 200 kilometers per hour to get to the area where our hotel was located and met up with the other ten people in the group.

I loved China, but the trip was really exhausing. After three days in Shanghai, we took a two hour train to Hangzhou for a day. The next day we took a five hour train to Nanjing and stayed their for two nights. We took an overnight 'softbed' train to Beijing which took fifteen hours, stayed there two nights and flew home out of Beijing.

I took well over 600 photos if I remember correctly. Here are the better ones.
