On the overnight 20hr bus journey from Guadalajara there was a really odd couple next to us, an old guy (non Mexican - maybe American) with a very young (Mexican) girlfriend who didn�t seem to be to enamoured with him - v. suspicious! At one point I heard him whisper something and then the girl say "of course I have dreams!" in a fed up tone - creepy!!!

First impressions of the town, not very good - people not very friendly. They all answer in American when you try to talk to them in Spanish.

Met a group of Mexicans from San Luis Potosi who helped us find accomodation. Meant to hook up them again after a crash but it didn't happen.

Wandered round the town, it has a great backdrop of desert mountains, reminded us of Arizona type scenery.
Welly was bitten by a dog, better watch out for foaming at the gub!!
