Relax time & Tibet prep

We made it to Chengdu, capital of the Sichuan province to get ready for Tibet. Quite a few foreigners go to Tibet from here either by plane or train so that it is relatively easy to find people to partner with as a way to reduce expenses for getting a compulsory "tour" coming with the necessary Tibetan permit.

We found 2 Japanese Nishi and Wacky and a Tibetan agency which had an OK price (220 Euros for 8 days with 4x4).

Apart from that, the city (10M inhabitants) is known for its spicy food, gray sky and big Panda breeding research center.
