I did a few days work in Bris and followed tommy and sue to noosa on the friday.
We were booked into a 3 day kayak / camping tour of the river of mirrors in Noosa. Called that because its so calm, see the pics.
There was a group of germans with us, group of irish girls, one couple the, girl from dub and the fella from New Zealand and one Irsh lad called Gary. And it turned out gary had just been is Hong kong and had gone out on the town with my ould friends Kinsella whos workin there now and Clarkey who was out on hols. Once again as Al Kerr says: Small world, wouldnt like to paint it though.
So we camped for 2 nights in the everglades and kayaked up the river and hiked to a sandpatch not unlike a beach with no water.
The best part was Kayaking on the river of mirrors, or maybe the tricks with the matches to keep ourselves entertained at night, im not sure which.
