Day 100;

After carrying the parcel round with us for a while we finally got to post it, the actual post was reasonable and it is getting sent by air so should be with you in two weeks, the packing of it however was way more expensive than last time, some abnoctious man and then his wife came in and seemed worse, looking at Phil and turning her face up because he has tattoos.

We ran a bit late but got to the house of a family for our cooking lesson, the family has 10 members, parents of two sons and both there wives and each couple has one child and another one on the way.

The cooking lesson began and we started off learning about the essential spice box! seven spices every house keeps and with this you can make every curry you can think of. then started with vegetable pakoras, chai masala tea, got to eat and drink. Navratan korma which was lovely, dal fry was close to what we usually have, we made nans, fresh mint chutney and paneer butter masala to finish of and it tasted good!!

Also gave us the instructions for chappati, murg tikka, murg tikka masala, how to make paneer and a mango curry chutney. All in all a really good day, would recommend to anyone - it can be organised through the hanuman ghat guesthouse or through the spice shop he also owns.we can't wait to get cooking!

We chilled at our hotel for the rest of the day watching films in the cinema, we got a rickshaw to train station and the train was there waiting, we booked our train ticket online and stated two person and when we get to the train our beds are about 5 compartments apart, We spoke with the train man and we got two beds together.
