Long dusty drive on pitiful roads to Ngepi camp near Shakawe in Botswana. What a fabulous campsite - right on the Okavango River. Very traditional - African dancing, logfires, cosy open thatch bar and the most facinating array of ablution facilities imaginable! ('His and Hers', ' King/QueenThrone', 'Boskak', 'Hollywood' bath etc.- all open plan reed type with views of the river) Talk about abluting in the heart of nature! Had sundowners on the river deck, followed by fillet on the fire and some good wine. Life's good - very good!
