Typical to Deborah and I, we're at the airport at 5:00 p.m. based on the obligatory two (2) hours before the flight time and sure.......the flight is now 1 1/2 hours behind schedule but this should still get us into San Francisco in time for our midnight connection to Guadalajara. We're now scheduled to depart at 20:30 from Gate 78. I guess United had a little trouble with the shuttle mounts which delayed the arrival here in Vancouver.

Arrived into San Francisco at 10:45 p.m. so we will end up making our connection to Guadalarjara. We're sitting here at gate 94 and you can tell that Deb and I are both the GRINGO'S as we didn't bring our cowboy hats. Looks like all is well here in SFO for the next leg of the adventure. The next flight is about 4 1/2 hours into GDL with a two hour time difference so that will put us into GDL around 6:00 a.m. Hopefully Faustino is there with a big sign saying FORSTER FAMILY. I'll update the blog a little for Day 2 of our adventure tomorrow.

We both got upgraded from Economy to Business Class because we used a good story about my snoring at checkin in Vancouver. Hopefully we'll have just a little more room on the way down from Vancouver so that we can catch a few winks.
