Where I stayed
Had some lunch (in the campervan of course - great inventions these things), and then headed out and on our way to Vancouver, Canada. Really nice drive up, easy roads, and certainly pleasant scenery as we drove through tree-lined highways
As for us - SOoooo good to be in Canada. We were/are looking forward to this part of our trip. We found a lovely RV park, (easy to find when you have a GPS of course, how do people survive without these??) , really friendly staff (family owned park), hedging between sites, playground for the kids, indoor heated pool, spa etc, within a few steps. Not bad value for Vancouver for CAD50 per night. Remember, that an RV park provides you with free electricity, water, garbage disposal, cable tv, wifi, hot showers, toilets etc along with coin operated laundry facilities, tv lounge area, coin games room, general store on site etc. And some , like this one have pools, spa's, playgrounds as extra entertainment. (Also, for us travelling as a family of 7, it's even better value as we are one campervan, one site, compared to two motel/hotel rooms)
Of course as the day wound up, we were all in the pool/spa, and then a good movie before bed. Looking forward to our next few days in Vancouver ....
