Today we were off to Moturis to pick up Motorhome.  We'd put aside a day to do this, and it took that, not due to any inefficiency, just by the time you do paperwork, induction, inspecion etc...    A little daunting .... 1) Driving a bus and 2) on the wrong side of the road.   But this an adventure right???

Straight to Walmart to stock up on essentials ie: crockery, cutlery, bedding (yes of course you can hire that, but at USD70 per person with our 7 pax, a lot cheaper to buy at $2.99 and chuck at the end)

Arrived at LA RV park (2 mins from Disneyland), and proceeded to unpack and sort.  Funnily enough as I'm putting bathroom stuff away I thought the door handle felt 'dodgy' - my fears were soon realised.... our first night Harrison went to the bathroom, and the lock jammed.   We spent 2 hours trying to get him out, using every convential method.  In the end, the Kiwi way dominated, and out came the wheelbrace.    A great start.
