More wind and plains today.  Not seeing the Pronghorn Antelope anymore but have seen some deer.  Lots of cattle and feedlots showing up.  Stopped in Limon, CO to check out their heritage museum but it was closed.  We are finding quite a few attractions don't open until Memorial Day.I was still able to take pictures of some old farming equipment and trains  (I love old trains...new ones too LOL).  We stopped in Burlington, Co to see the Kit Carson Carousel but is was closed too.  Entered into Kansas and another time zone.  Losing sleep here, we keep springing ahead. 
Gas: $2.79  It was $3.09 when we left home, hope this is a trend.

Connie... I just saw this post. I checked online because I was getting concerned at not hearing anything by email (thought Travel Log would notify me when you'd written) but I see I've missed a few of them. I'll plan to check in here on my own.

Happy Mothers Day to you (a day late). It was a beautiful day here yesterday, but it turned cool again today. I started another quilting project on the frame today so it was a good day to stay in, I guess. Hope you're having a great time! I sent an email... hope you got it. Hugs, and more hugs. V
