The flight from Detroit this morning has been very nice. Smooth air out of DTW got us across the water to Toledo, and then we managed to climb up over the incoming cloud base to 7500'. Awsome view and very smooth air, so I let Bruce take the controls for most of the cruise portion. Coming into Charlotte got a bit hairy as the predicted turbulence kicked in, and we got flown all the way around the Charlotte Terminal Aera by an idiot controller. it's cool here, but everyone is very nice so I think this will be a great short stop.
