Arrived at around 9am at Sucre, also the Capital of Bolivia. Had a decent sleep on the bus, with a full cama seat that reclined to a flat bed.

Checked in at the hostel, and headed out to grab breakfast at a local joint near the main square. Had a good empanada Santa Cruz and a chicken sandwich for only B10. Proceeded to check out tour agencies for buses to Tupiza after that.

The capital of the country was much quieter and peaceful as compared to La Paz (which ironically means Peace). The central district surrounding the main square had old colonial buildings which were mainly white in colour. Took some time to stroll round the streets, and came across many good looking cafes.

Went back to the hostel for set lunch at only B20, and proceeded to a chocolate cafe called Para Ti. They served an awesome chocolate freeze(B10) and chocolate espresso(B5). Also bought 7 pralines for just B7.50. Read my kindle there for quite awhile, and was attracted by the many chocolate offerings they had in store for souvenirs.

Proceeded back to the hostel for dinner. It was Friday night and there was some performance organized. Some Bolivian dance which turned out to be a mass shaking session. Grabbed a pizza and beer.
