Alot of driving up north, we left Wester Australia and corssed into Northen Territory with a time difference of  +1.5 hours, just as we passed the border we had a blow out of the front left tyre! luckily we had a spare one and horsed it on before proceeding up to Lake Victoria to our camp site for the night.

Following day we headed north to the Kathrine Hot springs which were quite nice as well, there was a mud slide at the side of the springs so i took a blast of that, fun fun :) We just kept on driving though towards Dawrin, we stopped off at Edith falls where i read the croc warning signs and went for a swim in the pool :)

As we headed north you could see a load of word war 2 sites, old air strips and bases that you could visit becuase Darwin was heavily bombed by the japs and it's been ruined by cyclones the city has rebuilt its self around 5 or so times! But eventually after spotting a few bush fires on the side of the road and a heap of kangaroos we made it to our backpackers in Darwin! totally fucked so went to sleep early!

So far in darwin its been really good, we visited the Mindil Beach market on the sunday just passed, heaps of stalls selling cuisine from all around the world, there was even a roadkill food stall selling croc, possum, wallaby ,emu, camel, kangaroo their slogan was YOU KILL IT , WE GRILL IT lol i tried the crocodile, kangaroo, possum and camel.... crocodile tastes just like chicken and camel just like beef, kangaroo is totally different and possum has a really strong taste its actually bloody disgusting i had to spit it out! We watched the sunset over the Timor Sea, the whole sky just lit up into a burning red, pretty nice :)

Darwin is a really relaxed place no stressing at all :) suits me :)
