Beautiful Innsbruck is surrounded by high mountains on all sides and had gorgeous weather during our brief stop in the town.
We visited the Goldenes Dachl, strolled through the cobblestone streets of the old town, and stopped at a store to buy Sebastian's much sought after pride and joy- a hat....but not just any hat... a traditional Austrian-yoddling-lederhosen hat, complete with feather!
Other than that, we visited the hoffkirche with the tomb of Maximilian the 1st (which is, in fact, empty) and enjoyed the multimedia history lesson.
We also did a great hike up into the mountains to a view of Innsbruck from up high. A quick stop to Spar helped our journey down with beer (Radler-halbe to be specific-half beer-half lemonade) and pudding : )
