Merry Christmas! Beer in Hand, Sun in Face, Feet in Ocean. Dreams do come true.

I can't believe people really get to live like that. Do you think they
know what they have or take it for granted. I know with summer being so
short in Canada, I cherish each sunny day, and chastise myself if I
waste one. I hope if I am missing any blessings in my life, My eyes
will soon be opened.

As previously mentioned, Some of the days have blurred, but I
remembered another food moment. (the 23'rd I think) I ate rabbit! With
carrots. I was a little disappointed though; it just didn't have that
cute bunny taste I was going for. And it definitely did not taste like
chicken. Had a little Pollo on the side. Not even close. And Fish of
course too. LOVE - the Buffet. Fish was actually the one sure bet when
it came to eating.

OK, maybe one exception. One of my a la carte meals: The fish? Not so
good. I hope I didn't cause any insult by turning up my nose. I am by
no means a picky eater. I am the try anything guy. Only opportunity
holds me back. BUT, this was Not good. Thick layer of yellow fat around
this whole thing. Thick! I felt like I was giving birth to my dinner.
Fortunately
I accidentally ordered two entrees. (the menus are tricky with all the
languages.) I thought I was ordering a rice dish as a starter. I must
have looked like such a pig. It worked out though.

The last day on the beach was beautiful. I ran into John and was able to
tag along on a short catamaran ride. Cool! The water is so beautiful.
And Clear! Up until Christmas day, I stuck to where I could touch the
bottom. Once I went past this point, panicked and rushed straight back.
Not a strong swimmer and I was alone. What can I say? I got spooked.
John and I went out for a short bit where it was deeper. Only by
looking past my feet could I see how deep it really was. It was SO
clear. Like bathwater. The best water this body has ever been in. I am
very glad to have got the chance.
