Well I made it back to Canada all in one piece! And boy am I happy! The weather is great, my bed is comfy and food is exactly how I remembered it- wonderful! And seeing my mother cry when I returned was priceless!

How do I sum-up my year in Bangladesh? It was intense and it was all the extremes. It was fun, exciting, wonderful but also sad, depressing, and frustrating. So was it worth it? Would I do it again? Yes, it was worth is and I would do it again.

Now that I am home... the fun begins when I do something awkwardly inappropriate in Canada and I don't realize it! I can't wait!

Am I changed? Yes!

Am I a little more crazy? Yes!

I guess this will be my last entry for Bangladesh!

What a ride!

Signing off...

Thank You
Hello Carolina,

My sincere thanks, for visiting Bangladesh and helping the people. Your blog is very enjoyable.
Although I stumbled upon this blog two years after you written it, I still enjoyed it very much. I grew up in Bangladesh and now live in Canada and it was really exciting to see my country through the eyes of a different nationality.
You have described the plights and trials of people and you also painted the colourful picture of them having fun, specially the weddings. One thing is for sure, we are the most hospitable people in the world. To us, a guest is to be treated with highest respect and hospitality and I am sure it was very evident during your visit.

Thank you again, for visiting Bangladesh and sharing your experience with the rest of the world.
