Did you know? We went to The Jungle Book! I'm serious! I'll explain. I am sure we are all familiar with Disney's The Jungle Book. So obviously it was a book first. Mr. Rudyard Kipling, the author of The Jungle Book, wrote it and he got his ideas from India and it just so happens at this particular area that we were in! So Kanha National Park is basically The Jungle Book. Some of the characters names are actually Hindi names of animals. Such as Baloo the fun bear in the movie, Baloo means Bear in Hindi! Interesting. Unfortunatley I didn't run into any animals that talked. Too bad. But we did see many animals! Enjoy the pictures of what we saw!
