So lazy morning after a good nights sleep. I can't believe that I have traveled this far and feel so great and having a awesome time. I like to call home and talk to family and friends, so called my brother and talked to Lou he wasn't home. Talked to my sis that I miss and wish I could be there in a week when she fights her diagnoses of cancer.....I so want to be there and am committed to this adventure and hope she knows that I'm there in spirit and love her very much.

 Bill and I started to make connections for Salt Lake City. Our first call was strange to say the lease, The person on the other end said Patricia Hansen, Bill looks at me and I at him and we are wondering how he knew it was us, Bill was using his own phone not mine. So I talked to Roger Cary with KSL radio and TV, he got me over to talk with Matt Townsend who said to send a email and tell my story which he thought was a cool story

. So then I sent the email and will wait for them to contact me on Monday when we get into Salt Lake City. Made some other calls and got caught up on things. Internet wasn't working the best today.

Jane and I decided to take a bike ride out to the Crystal Hot Springs our motel manager Shari recommended we go soak in the mineral spring and said they were the best in the World.....It was a beautiful but still cold day and when we got out there it was pretty full with people in bikini's and I for one was cold..it was about a 16 miles ride nice and easy, getting warmed up for tomorrows ride to Ogden.

When we got back Bill was off to Sarsaparillas to get one of Libby's Cupcakes and then do the laundry. I fixed pasta and sauce for our dinner, which french bread, it wasn't bad....We have been eating some of our meals out and some in.....I decided that this was a nice couple of layover days. Ready to back on the bike and on to my journey......Good night all.....
