It was a great day....Starting with picking up my bike, new tire, front brakes in order and some energy Hammer.

Then off to the Key Bank where I had to make my first Van payment. I was telling the teller Genel about my cross country trip and she was impressed. I decided to take a KitKat from there small supply on the counter the gentleman next over heard me say I thought I could afford to eat a candy since I was biking across America, he took notice and then the branch Manager Jaime got into the conversation and was impressed also. He said if they would of known about me he would of had an appreciation and have the customers come and meet me and bring foods for the local food bank....He suggested that the next time I do this to prepare ahead, I said everyone keeps asking me when I'm going to do the cross country trip again and I said I need to get through this one first, then we would see maybe 75-80 yrs. young. It was all fun.

I then called Alaska Airlines in Seattle to get a # for Boise Reservations, since I used to work in Seattle Reservations and knew that Del was still in Boise I decided to see if he was in....He was and so Bill and I headed to Boise Res as we used to call it back when. He hadn't changed a bit just a little gray and then Ken Hamer came over and we reminisced about the old days. Del has been 28 yrs. and Ken going on 30 yrs. It was nice to see them and catch up with family, children now all grown up. Both Del and Ken said maybe they should take up cycling to stay young. Del suggested that we go down town to the waterfront.

We ended up at the Ann Morrison Park, a beautiful Park, I was feeding the squirrels when the Editor from Pocatello called to do a story when I get to Burley, ID a week away...We sat and had lunch in the park, nice relaxing.

Met a nice gal at the park here Cheryl she has a son in law school at Seattle U and used to bike, she said I was inspiring and she would get back at it.....It's nice to hear that I'm inspiring people along my journey, I want people to wake up and take care of themselves and others...

I then started to setup my new mobile printer that I bought and hadn't had a chance to install I tried for over 1 1/2 hours and then called HP talked to a Kathy for almost 1 hour and we still couldn't get it to install wireless. She suggested I get a USB cord which was to come with it but didn't.....

That was it for the day.....
