After seeing the aliens in Roswell, we weren't expecting much for the witches of Salem. It was a quick stopover on our way to Maine so why not. The whole though of witchcraft and having briefly heard about Wicca in the past, I just like to stay away from where wicked thoughts breed. There's all sorts of witch museums and shops which we avoided.

We were curious though so we tried following the Heritage Trail around town. We walked through a cemetery and visited the Witch Memorial, witch (hahaha) cast attention on the infamous Witch Trials of 1692. There is a cool brewery called Salem Brewery (clever), where we capped off our journey with a sampler. Then we rode away...minus the broomsticks.
