Ok so where to begin. I woke up this morning got ready for my long day started making breakfast. Oh look a voice mail, probably my ride saying he is on his way, lets list. "Hello JoAnn with American airlines tiring to reach Faith Marquez, your flight to La Paz, Bolivia has been canceled, there is some civil unrest occurring. If you could please call us back we will attempt to make alternate arrangements." WHAT? how dare civil unrest mess with my plans. next I google. Bolivia, apparently the President, Evo Morales, wants to kick out the US ambassador to Bolivia calling him a "persona non grata". How dare while I am trying to go visit my friend in a third world country. But hey how dare us put our nose in someone else's business : ) Any who. Talked to Katie and she is like oh don't worry about it everything is fine. As it stands right now I plan on going on the 16th now, but I have a sweet southern lady, JoAnn working at American Airlines. Joann you see is working the cancellation desk on Saturday and said if anything opens up she will call me, so we shall see. While I'm all about adventure let's not push our luck...too much.
