Introduction

The Iguazu Falls border Argentina, Brazil and Uraguay. It's a series of 275 waterfalls covering a large area. We only explored them from the Argentinian side as we were running out of time before we had to be in Brazil but the views we saw were absolutely amazing.

They are taller than then Niagra Falls and over the rainy season (while we were there) 13,000 cubic metres of water falls per second!

We got a bus to the park and then once in the park you could walk or take the train. It was a full day of walking around taking advantage of each viewing point – all of them fantastic so worth the walking.

We took a boat across to an island where we could climb up and get a great view. The best view of the day was only accessible by train…once on the viewing platform we could see the most forceful section of the waterfalls called the devils throat - so much water we were soaked!
