Introduction

Phi Phi is a small island located 2 hours from Phuket accessed via ferry. It's filled with hotels, bars and restaurants. It’s such a small and you walk from one side of the island to another in a matter of minutes.

Highlights

Scenery

Phi Phi Island hosts some of the most amazing scenery we have ever seen. From stunning rock faces and mountains to crystal clear waters. Amazing! It is no surprise this island has been used to shoot films! We spent most of our time here exploring the island on foot and relaxing by the water.

Beach Nightlife

In the evening the beach front comes alive. There is a multitude of beach bars each playing different varieties of music, serving buckets of cocktails and putting on daring shows involving fire twirlers and some brave tourists!  This was a good experience and a small insight of what to expect during the upcoming full moon party.

Food & Drink

Favourite Local Dish: Spicy Thai Salad

New Tastes: Thai pancakes

International McDonalds Meal: No Macas!

Accommodation:

Chukit Resort: Accommodation on the Island was expensive due to the high demand this time of year. We found the accommodation to be acceptable, but overpriced considering the facilities available.
