In July 1991 I visited Pecos National Historic Park. Pecos preserves 12,000 years of history including a history of pueblo people.

Our troop worked on a project for the park in which we tore up an entire field and then laid new grass.



We also visited nearby Bandelier National Monument and explored the caves where Native Americans had once lived.
