We had closed on December 8th and celebrated only to find out after that the seller didn't have enough money to pay the bank which therefore stalled the closing. But today it finally all came together!
Our plan now:
5 days of painting
laminate floors in the bedroom
new carpet upstairs
new appliances for the kitchen
