I was able to use this weekend to hours and hours of planning for the trip.  It is amazing how long it takes!  It is one thing to decide on the places I want to visit and then I need to select roads.  I need to decide on the quickest road vs. a more scenic route that takes longer.  Next I need to try to figure out the best way to access each place I want to visit and make a random guess of how much time I may want to stay there before moving on.
