We arrived at Interloken, Switzerland by train at 11:30AM and checked into the famous Balmers Hostal.  It was a cool place full of young travelers.  There was a huge courtyard with ping pong and life size chess.  Inside was a movie room and small library.  Downstairs was a disco and bar.  Mike and I shared a room with 10 other people.
 
Later in the day Mike and I met a traveler named George and we all hiked a 4,337 foot tall mountain.  It was very steep but worth the view on the top.  It was quite an experience!
 
At 7:45PM we ate dinner back at Balmers and watched the movie "Swingers". At 9PM we went downstairs to the bar.  We danced and drank here a while and later moved down the street to a Tequila Party at another bar.  We met a girl named Rachel and she hung out with us.  We enjoyed the bar and the bonfire outside.
