     On July 26 we had our first opportunity to get off the boat when we arrived at Grand Cayman in the morning. We did our own thing rather than opt for a tour. We began by walking around George Town. Then we took a taxi to the famous Seven Mile Beach. When we arrived in the morning we were one of the only ones on this beach, but throughout the day more and more people arrived. The beach was beautiful with white sand and crystal clear water. I went out three different times throughout the day to swim over the reef. I didn't have asnorkel or life jacket to allow me o stay out long, but without those items it was easy for me to swim down to the bottom among the fish and
coral. On he beach I also sampled a Cayman beer. In the afternoon we headed back to the port. Before boarding, we sampled more Cayman beers.

 
   Another great meal in the evening. Tonight I tried shark and my main course had a variety of seafood in pasta with a filet of salmon on top.  After we all played some dominoes together.
