Where I stayed
In the morning we met with a member of Parliament to discuss the British Constitution and discuss the roles of the House of Commons, House of Lords and the Monarch.
Later we took a three hour drive and then arrived in Walsall and visited Warwick Castle. The castle overlooks the river Avon. In 914, the history of the Warwick began with the building of an earthen rampart. In 1068, William the Conqueror had a fort built. In 1260, stone replaced wood in the fort.
In the evening while exploring Warwick castle we learned about rituals, dances and medieval battles. We learned to fight with swords.
