When we arrived at
Leuven which is just east of
Brussels, we were picked up by Emma and Roger's dad's old college friend Bill Gill, who we arranged to stay with...no paying for a hostel...YES! Bill just bought a house so he still had his flat, therefore he decided to let us stay in his flat while he stayed in his house. Basically we have a free apartment to stay in, and we have it all to ourselves. Bill cooked us dinner and then took us out into town to show us around.
Leuven is basically a college town so it has a really good night life. We were going to stay in Leuven for just one night but due to the circumstances we think we'll be staying for a little bit longer.
