Well, how much stress can a person be put under? I think probably more tha the last few days have threwn at me to be honest. Somehow i think i will be under a lot more stress than a flight being cancelled, over the next 3 months. So, im going to have to learn some new skills me thinks, in dealing with stuff as menial as cancelled flights (stephie stress head). Anyway, im ok now theyve given me a flight and dont have to attempt to sort it out on touch down in Sao Paulo Airport.

Im feeling pretty inspired again whilst gazing out of the window at Manchester airport (slight contradiction there hey). Twiddling with my wedding ring (to ward off pests) im contemplating when my flight will board - not much of a delay only half an hour.

Just listening to some music Blackbird by The Beatles/ Spanish boots by Bob Dylan/ Nettie Moore by Bob Dylan/ and Heartbeats by Jose Gonzales. Music therapy!!

Appently im about to take off - according to the nice Italian stewards - god my Italian is good.
