Trip End
Sep 10, 2007
Well, the trip is over - in fact it's been over for a little more than a month, and now I have to figure out what I want to be when I grow up!
But first, to update the trip's end - we high-tailed it out of Wyoming and spent 3 or 4 days crossing the country. It was all interstates (my hatred of which I believe I've already gone into!), fast food and cheap motels. Being my frugal self, I managed to find coupons for the cheapest possible places, and didn't spend more than $40 a night for a room. Along the way, I realized that I really enjoy driving, and even considered long-distance truck driving as a possible career path - but now I realize that I don't really want a "career". I think that if I've learned anything over the past few years, it's that I am just not cut out to have a real job. Even during the last job I had, where I was making more money in less time than I ever have before, it still wasn't enough to motivate me to want to keep on doing it!
I hope you've enjoyed my travel logs over the past few years.
So long for now...
