In summer, we take off to a nice lake or waterfall. There are lots to choose from. So many, I can’t remember the names of them all. Anyway, it makes a nice spot to break for lunch and enjoy the sun. I fish while Sam naps.
The base of the mountains can be just as scenic. Every spring in the Skagit Valley is the tulip festival. The colors go forever!
