Today we travelled up to the Northwest tip of the island to go diving off Menjangan island, a small island between Bali and Java. Michelle and I are going diving in the morning. I think Matt is joining us, but he doesn't have his divecard yet. I think the 2 guys who will be taking us out will be taking on an instructional dive while Michelle and I do our first deep dive, then he'll join us for the second shallower dive if all goes well. We headed up the night before the dive so we will be able to get out in the morning when the light is best. It's a 4 hour drive up from Changgu. It's only about 100 KM, but it's not exactly a superhighway. We'll stopped at another beautiful temple on the way, Pura Rambut Siwi. Pics attached. We're spending the night at Taman Sari, a hotel in
Pemuteran. It's in a small cove near the dive shop and the harbor that we'll be taking the boat from tomorrow.
