Our next stop began our journey back up North, we started it with a stop in, what said to be, NZ's cutest village, Naseby. Naseby is a small snowy alpine village and is the home of NZ’s curling (it is also located 2000 feet above worry level !) We checked out the curling rink and spent the evening enjoying campsites facilities which included a lovely tea of bangers and mash enjoyed in the comforts of the log fire. Later that evening we were joined by a lovely English couple, Tina & Marc. Tina & Marc are also on a round the world trip, in the opposite direction so we spent all evening exchanging travelling stories, having plenty of laughs and swapping recommendations…. great travelling therapy. Have you done that bungy jump yet Marc?!
