The holidays were spent at the Barnett Resort. It was so nice to be back and really great to celebrate both Christmas and New Years with Eddie's sister and family. Christmas day was spent at Grandma Flora's house where we were treated to her famous cooking. It was nice to see everyone. On Dec. 27th we got to celebrate Cody's 14th (!!!) Birthday - we enjoyed seeing 'A Night at the Museum' (despite getting to the movie theatre late we were still lucky enough to get front row seats!!!) and KiKu's was as yummy as ever. Cody's all-day birthday party that weekend was especially fun. The planned Paint Ball event had to be changed due to the weather so instead we went to play Laser Tag which was a wonderful alternative. A great time was had by all. We also had a super great time at Kelly & Thayne's New Year's Eve Party (another memorable event!). Pantea really liked learning to play poker and definitely enjoyed being at the final table (although she did not win!). Before leaving we were able to spend some more time with Grandma Flora at her home. That was really nice as was our shopping & dinner outing to the KS 'Manhattan'.
