Miles so far: 5390

What I ate for dinner: Fresh seafood

How much we had to pay in parking for 2 days: $62

At first, I was a little upset at Seattle with its expensive hotel, crazy parking fees and the amount of traffic because of the Seahawk pre-season game, but I got over it.  The night, we walked around and checked out the bars which were all empty since everyone was at the game.  Since the Northern Pacific Coast only has one football team, people come from all around to see them, hence why all the hotels were packed and expensive.

That Sunday, we went to Pike's Place which is the market where they throw the fish.  I have a great video of it up, so watch it.  They also have a underground mall with a bunch of little shops, including a left-handed store.

We found a local seller of wine in the area and tried some wine from Washington sitting outside.  This trip has turned into cross country wine tasting event (along with visiting every Subway sandwich shop on the map).

Just like Boston with those cows, Seattle had pigs all over the city.  We saw about 15 of the 100.

We decided not to go to Vancouver since were both ready to go home so we are heading east.  Next top, Butte Montana.
