We arrived in Paris at 10AM on tuesday morning (2AM Edmonton time) We breezed through french customs and got all our luggage right away. When we got to the hotel they told us we couldn't check-in until 2 so we had some time to kill. Luckily our hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel tower. We didn't go up in the tower because there were big lineups. We noticed that it's very heavily guarded by military soldiers who were carrying their machine guns around so we went elsewhere. When we finally got our room we were so tired we all crashed on our beds and didn't wake up until 8:30PM. Right now we're just getting everything set-up and are dining on croissants, cookies and lemon tea.
