Today is a catch up day..washed the bedding, towels etc, generally relaxed, we went for another swim at Miner's Pool. However, today we had company - a 1.5m freshwater croc was cruising up and down checking all the people out. We swam when we could see him (her?) but when it went under, the pool was vacated. Not the most relaxing swim we have had! After we finished, we were just relaxing on the bank when the croc attacked something out in the middle (all humans were accounted for) and then started cruising again - however, now the croc was more like 2m long...... We think there may have been more than one. Made our idea of only swimming when we could see it, a bit dumb! The locals say that it is quite safe to swim with them, but we decided we would rather be live cowards then brave dead people.
