Arriving back in Sydney was quite a strange feeling, knowing that it would be the last place I would be staying in Oz.    I met a couple of really nice girls, Pam and Sara, within a couple of hours of arriving and had soon arranged to spend the next day (australia day) together and see what was happening all around the town.  
After a small lie in, we headed down to the rocks - via the YUMMY tea cake shop...uuummmmmmm good way to start the day.   There was free music around every corner down by the rocks and we showed our support of the day with transfer tattoos on our ankles!!  Many an hour spent lazing the the shade of a tree (REALLY hot day) listening to amazing and different music, and surrounded by people in every direction, enjoying themselves and doing the same!
That night I dressed up....well put on clean clothes for once, and went for an amazing night at the Opera House.  Saw Joanna Newsom performing with the Sydney Orchestra.....really amazing performance, and a great night.
My last day in Sydney was one of relaxing wandering around and see the opera house ansd bridge for one final time! 
That night me and Pam met up with Geoffry for a great night of noodles, wine and great conversation!
